    This is a single 75" comprehensive consultation and includes:

    Comprehensive neurologic consultation

    Review of prior pertinent diagnostic testing

    Comprehensive written summary of your assessment and recommendations in terms patients will find useful

    Detailed medical report for you to share with your other providers

    Phone communication with your PCP (per request)

I do not participate in any insurances, Medicare/Medicaid or any VA Medical services (including Tricare). By taking insurance out of the equation I am able to focus on what’s most important: your neurologic health.

Healthspan Neurology is NOT a “concierge” or subscription service; there is not a premium or monthly fee. My fee schedule is straightforward. You pay for when you are seen or my services are utilized and you will always be made aware of any anticipated fees. Payment is made at the time of scheduling of your visit.

Because I do not take insurance I am considered an “out of network” provider. You will be provided a receipt for all services after each visit and you can choose to apply for any out-of-network benefits or reimbursement from your insurance or HSA.

Coming soon: We will be partnering with Reimbursify to make it easy for patients to submit Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
